We would like to highlight the importance of always using the official contact numbers when you need assistance or information from the office. Please do not contact individual staff members directly, especially outside of normal working hours, unless you are facing an emergency.

Why is this important?

• We use a duty rota: Different team members are on call at different times, and the duty phone is passed around according to a schedule. When you call the official number, you are always reaching the person who is currently responsible for helping you.

• Respect for colleagues: Calling private numbers or individual contacts—especially your main office contact—outside of working hours interrupts their rest and personal time. This can quickly lead to burnout and mistakes.

• Efficient communication: The on-duty person has all the information and tools needed to help you. If you call someone who is not on duty, they might not be able to assist you or may give you outdated information.

Please remember:

• Call your main contact number during working hours.

• Call the duty/on-call number outside working hours.

• Only contact an individual directly if you have a true emergency and cannot get through on the duty number.
